SDTA's summary of 584 attendee comments from two DDS webinars (June 29-30, 2026) on the proposed cost-effective definition. Families and service providers, despite sitting on opposite sides of the same pay question, arrived at the same conclusion: not one comment in either session defended the proposed rate cap.
