Kelly S. Hoopes is a passionate advocate for adults with developmental disabilities and co-founder of the Self-Determination Tech Alliance (SDTA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on empowering individuals of all abilities through digital and entrepreneurial opportunities. SDTA champions self-determination and self-advocacy, driving inclusion and independence.

As part of the National Core Indicators (NCI) program, Kelly conducts interviews to assess California’s effectiveness in delivering services to adults with disabilities, ensuring their voices shape program improvements. Certified by the California State Council on Developmental Disabilities, he also works as an Independent Facilitator, guiding individuals and families in navigating the Self-Determination Program to achieve enriched, independent lives.

With over 20 years of leadership in customer success and operations management, Kelly blends his corporate expertise with his commitment to advocacy, delivering innovative solutions that improve lives and promote inclusion.

Beth Martinko has spent a lifetime providing customer success leadership to a diverse set of companies including in the healthcare, B2B and B2C sectors.  She is the proud mom of a successful daughter and a special needs son who is breaking barriers using his unique gifts.  Beth is a member of several state advisory boards which help to advocate for and support the disability community in the state of California -  the Orange County Regional Center Self Determination Program Local Advisory Board, the State Council on Developmental Disabilities Orange County Advisory Committee.  She is also an Advocate for Orange County for Disability Voices United, a major non-profit leading the way in disability advocacy.   She is a firm believer that every voice matters - and supports Get out the Vote initiatives at every opportunity.

June Mekker has owned her own businesses, retired from Disney after a varied and successful 20 years.  She is an avid Bingo player and expert Craftsperson - participating in several shows annually.  She is an exceptional advocate for the disability community who has helped a number of families understand the benefit of the Self Determination program in the state of California.  June is the recording Secretary for the Sound of Music chapter of the Guilds supporting Segerstrom Center's Studio D program.
