About Amy Hansen
Amy Hansen is a self advocate who uses her voice and personal experiences to promote understanding, acceptance, and inclusion for people with disabilities. As a person living with Xeroderma Pigmentosum and Trichothiodystrophy Complex, Amy has faced unique challenges throughout her life. Despite these obstacles, she continues to share her story with authenticity, hope, and compassion.
Through See Me, Amy reminds readers that every individual deserves to be valued, included, and celebrated for who they are. Her journey as an author reflects perseverance, creativity, and the power of self expression.
